Enter that session ID in the remote support tool on this page and our technician will be able to securely access your computer to begin diagnosing and resolving your issue.

  • Enter Details: Input your unique 9-digit Session ID (provided by the technician) along with your name, then click Join Session.
  • Run Application: Download and run the lightweight Zoho plugin application that automatically initiates.  Once the download completes, press ctrl-j (Win) or Command + Option + L (Mac) on your keyboard.
  • Grant Access: A pop-up will appear requesting permission to access your device. Click Accept or Allow to let the technician view and troubleshoot your computer.
